SEACOR is in the business of owning, operating, investing in, marketing and remarketing equipment, primarily in the
offshore oil and gas and inland transportation industries. It also provides oil spill response and environmental
remediation services.
SEACOR's principal subsidiaries are divided among the following three business segments: "Offshore Marine Services;"
"Environmental Services;" and "Other," which includes its "Inland River Services" and "Aviation Services" businesses.
The primary assets used in these businesses include marine vessels or "workboats", environmental spill response
equipment, inland river barges, towboats and helicopters.
MARINE
SEACOR
Marine operates one of the world's largest fleets
of diversified marine support vessels primarily dedicated to supporting offshore
oil and gas exploration and development in the US Gulf of Mexico, offshore West
Africa, the North Sea, Mexico, the Far East and Latin America.
LOGISTICS
Energy Logistics, Inc. (ELI) provides complete, state-of-the-art,
economic logistics services to offshore oil and gas exploration and production operations in the Gulf of Mexico. SEACOR
and Baker Energy jointly own ELI.

AVIATION
Tex-Air’s primary focus is offshore helicopter transportation to
the offshore oil industry. Their operations also include aerial photography, external load operations, emergency medical
helicopter transport, electronic news gathering, VIP transport, power line patrol, filming, seismic and geological surveys.
After five decades of operation, Era is the world's oldest, continuously operating helicopter company, and one of the largest civil aviation operators - with operations in Anchorage, Alaska, Reno, Nevada, Lake Charles, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast.
Over 2.5 million company flight hours have been logged with a fleet of nearly 100 helicopters and 21 fixed-wing aircraft. Worldwide, the name Era Aviation has come to represent efficiency, service, and top performance in the industry.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
National Response Corporation (NRC) is a nation-wide oil spill response
contractor which was formed to provide those who transport, store, handle, and produce oil within the Exclusive Economic
Zone (EEZ) of the United States the equipment, trained personnel and support services necessary to respond to marine oil
spills as required by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA-90) and the various state oil spill response acts.
NRC Environmental Services Inc. (NRCES) is dedicated to providing superior
hazardous and non-hazardous waste management and emergency response services
to a wide variety of private industrial and government clients. With West Coast
offices positioned in Neah Bay, Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Astoria, Eureka,
Alameda, Sacramento, Bakersfield, Port Hueneme, Long Beach, and San Diego,
NRCES offers a one-stop shopping capability to serve our customers' requirements
anywhere on the West Coast.
SEACOR Environmental Products
(SEP) is a 24 hour world wide source for emergency response and marine
security products. Our specialists are experienced in providing, cost effective solutions for
environmental and regulatory challenges from the artic to the tropics.
O'Brien's Group provides
emergency management services to handle virtually any emergency worldwide - oil spills, fires, industrial accidents, hazmat releases or natural disasters.
SES International (SESI)
is the global component of SEACOR's environmental services business group.
SESI provides contractual oil and hazardous substance response and other
services to industry and government clients who produce, transport, store,
and handle petroleum and certain non-petroleum and bulk chemicals around
the world.
INLAND RIVER
SCF Marine has over 20 years experience as a barge operator
and currently has over 400 barges in its fleet.
OTHER
Globe Wireless is a telecommunications service provider
dedicated to the maritime industry. Through a merger with Marinet Systems Ltd., which specializes in providing Email
and data transfer over satellite to maritime users, Globe provides the best of both HF and satellite to its customers.
